Queen Elizabeth's former chef Darren O'Grady has revealed which tasty burger creation even the British Queen likes to eat.

Queen Elizabeth II (95) of all people likes things a little more down-to-earth - and has a real preference for burgers!

When a banquet is held in the British royal family, guests are usually served the most exclusive culinary delights.

And even in everyday life, the royal menu is hardly comparable with that of the average citizen.

The best quality and sustainable food consumption naturally play an important role.

The former personal chef of Queen Elizabeth recently chatted up close and personal with "The Sun" and revealed which dishes he prepared for the regent.

One highlight stuck in his mind particularly well.

Darren O'Grady worked for the Royal Family for 15 years and was allowed to feed Princess Diana (36, † 1997), Prince Harry (37) and Prince William (39) in his professional career.

Fast food in the typical sense is frowned upon in royal circles, but even Queen Elizabeth never turned down a good, homemade burger.

“I was always happy when we made our own burgers at Balmoral.

They shot game there and we made burgers from the meat.

There were also delicious cranberries in it, ”recalled O'Grady in an interview with“ The Sun ”.

In keeping with the low-carb diet, however, the burger buns were dispensed with.

By the way, one dish that the monarch should never eat is pizza.

According to the former personal chef, the high-calorie classic has not been served once in Buckingham Palace.
