Catch them if you can: Complaining about the police is nothing new, but have you ever heard of cops who instead of enforcing the law preferred to go out in pursuit of Pokemon?
As much as it sounds like the plot of a movie, this is a completely real case that has now gone up to two cops in their service.
The bizarre affair took place in 2017, when a call was received about a robbery at a mall in Los Angeles.
Alerts were sent to all nearby police forces with the aim of getting to the scene of the incident as soon as possible.
But two policemen who were on a patrol of the place ignored the call at first and after she was sent again they simply replied in the negative.

The real reason why they refused to come to the area was later revealed, and it is appallingly bizarre: the two preferred to chase the Pokemon Snorlax.
In the documents and documentation submitted to the court against the two, the recording from the transmitter in their mobile was revealed from which it emerged that the two not only lied about their location when they reported being elsewhere but also talked about the game "Pokemon Go" and that the Pokemon they coveted were nearby.
It turns out that they preferred to chase after him to fulfill their role and get to the crime scene.
In case you were wondering, the two did indeed grab the Pokemon and then return to their mobile.
Despite their denials, they were convicted of failing to fulfill their role and misconduct and were fired.
Were we wrong?
