Research published in the scientific journal NPJ: Science of Learning reveals that we can learn names during the time of deepest sleep.
Experts showed study participants different photos of strangers with their respective names, and then ordered them to take a nap.
While they slept, they turned on a speaker that played these names at a low volume.
