Saudi media reported overnight (Thursday) explosions in southern Lebanon.
Sources quoted by Al-Arabiya estimate that this is a weapons depot belonging to Hezbollah.
Following this, a video of the explosion that took place at 2:00 at night (Beirut time) was circulated on social media.
Eyewitnesses told Al-Arabiya that Hezbollah operatives rushed to the scene of the blast and prevented a Shiite Amal ambulance from passing.
No injuries were reported in the incident.

At the same time, the economic crisis in the land of cedars continues as protesters block interurban roads and roads in cities with burning tires, garbage cans, trucks and vehicles during the week.
This is in protest of a further rise in fuel prices.
The workers 'unions and the transportation workers' union opened with a "day of rage" this morning that will last until the evening hours.
Drivers in the transportation industry sat down during the day and workers plan to block additional roads.
Other unions have announced they will join the protest, while the General Workers' Union has announced support for the protests.
Following the strike, the banks announced the closure of their gates in order to maintain the security of the officials and due to their difficulty in reaching the branches.
Studies in academia and schools were also suspended following the strike and demonstrations.
Meanwhile, the government instructed the security forces to take precautions in preparation for the protest.

Already last night, demonstrators blocked roads in various areas of Lebanon.
Most of the main roads in Beirut were blocked by cars and trucks in protest of rising fuel prices.
Protesters also blocked the roads leading to Beirut.
