It was locked for two weeks for security reasons.
Garmisch-Partenkirchen - In Garmisch-Partenkirchen, nature-loving hikers can finally let themselves be impressed again by the massive rock faces and the power of the water in the Partnach Gorge.
The tourist magnet has been open to visitors again since January 11th.
In the past two weeks, the popular destination was closed - the risk of an ice break was too great.
"When it thaws, it becomes too dangerous in the gorge," the press office of the market town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen said when asked.
The safety of the visitors would come first.
