Drivers catch runaway horses again - the rescue leads to a fatal accident

Police were called on Wednesday about an accident in which a car hit a horse.

In Middle Franconia, two horses padded out of a paddock.
Careful drivers can catch the horses again.
An accident occurs shortly after the rescue.
Burgoberach - Two horses were able to run away from a pasture in the district of Ansbach * because strangers had damaged several wooden posts and the electric fence in the paddock.
Drivers managed to recapture the two animals on State Road 2221 near Burgoberbach.
According to the police *, however, an accident occurred when the first aiders tried to move the leashed horses off the road.

Accident in Middle Franconia: Rescued horse is hit and has to be euthanized
A driver caught an animal on Wednesday morning, as a police spokesman described on Thursday.
The recorded riding horse suffered an open fracture of the right hind leg.
Because the leg injury was so severe, a veterinarian had to redeem the horse.
The 58-year-old driver was uninjured in the collision.
