I am thinking of many fathers, many mothers, many families who are fleeing wars, who are pushed back to the borders of Europe and not only, and who live in situations of pain, injustice and that no one take it seriously
, ”the Pope said in an interview with
Osservatore Romano

I would like to say to these fathers, to these mothers, that they are heroes for me, because I see in them the courage of those who risk their life out of love for their children, out of love for their family
," he said. -he adds.
The 85-year-old Argentine pontiff never ceases to call for the reception of migrants and asylum seekers.

I feel very close to the tragedy of these families, of these fathers and of these mothers who are experiencing a particular difficulty, especially aggravated by the pandemic
", he added, assuring that "
the Pope will continue (...) to lend them his voice
