(ANSA) - PERUGIA, 13 JAN - There are also the names of the prosecutor of Rome Giuseppe Pignatone, of the former councilor of the CSM Piercamillo Davigo, of Luca Lotti and of Cosimo Ferri traquelli, 24 in all, that the Prosecutor of Perugia led by Raffaele Cantone, intends to call to testify in the courtroom in the context of the trial in which the former Roman magistrator Stefano Rocco Fava and the former councilor of the CSM, Luca Palamara, are accused for disclosure of official secrecy. The trial against them before the third college of the Court of Perugia was postponed last October and will begin on January 19.
The defense of Fava, represented by the lawyer Luigi Castaldi, also cites Pignatone as a witness. While the names of Lotti and Ferri appear in all the witness lists filed by the prosecution and defense.
Among the witnesses cited by Luca Palamara, defended by lawyers Roberto Rampioni and Benedetto Buratti, there are magistrates serving at the prosecutor's office of Rome and that of Naples, the same Davigo and the councilor of the CSM Sebastiano Ardita.
While the Prosecutor of the Umbrian capital wants to call the entrepreneur Fabrizio Centofanti and the Sicilian lawyer Piero Amara to the courtroom, as does the defense of Stefano Rocco Fava.
The deputy prosecutor of Rome, Paolo Ielo, who filed a list of texts made up of 13 names, has a strong interest in the latter.
