A doctor from Swabia is said to have forged vaccination certificates.
Now there has been a raid in four federal states.
Smartphones and vaccination cards were secured.
Donauwörth - The investigations into presumably wrongly issued vaccination certificates in Swabia are expanding.
In addition to the accused family doctor, the police are now also targeting around 100 patients from several federal states.
Not only in Bavaria: raid on 100 patients because of allegedly false vaccination certificates
After the investigations against a family doctor from Swabia for allegedly wrong corona vaccinations, there was a large-scale raid on around 100 patients in four federal states (Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia) on Thursday (January 13). The criminal police assume that those affected drove to the practice in the Donau-Ries district in order to receive a vaccination certificate without a vaccination. "These people are being investigated because of their aiding and abetting or inciting to issue incorrect health certificates and their use," said the police. In addition, there are violations of the Infection Protection Act in the room.
Investigators secured vaccination cards and smartphones during the searches.
In addition, blood was taken from the accused to clarify the vaccination status, as a police spokesman said.
The Augsburg District Court had approved the search warrants.
The investigators were on duty with more than 200 officers from several federal states - the riot police supported the raid.

Corona vaccination passports forged?
Doctor from Donau-Ries under suspicion
As early as autumn 2021 it became known that the doctor should have issued false vaccination certificates to several hundred men and women. In some patients, the man is said to have given a sham vaccination and deceived those affected into the fact that they actually did not receive the vaccine. For this reason, the health department then offered the patient to have antibody tests done. A professional ban has been imposed on the doctor for the time being. The district office in Donauwörth had already prohibited the practice from continuing to operate at that time.
Already in October there were indications that people who were skeptical of vaccinations had come to the practice from far away, just to get a certificate.
At the time, the doctor did not comment on the allegations.
The Kripo in Dillingen has set up its own investigation team to clear up what is going on in the family doctor's practice.
