Permanent Representative of Russia to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Alexander Lukashevich stressed that the strengthening of the military presence in some regions by the United States and NATO constitutes a direct and immediate threat to Russia's security.
“Sputnik” quoted Lukashevich as telling reporters after the meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe in Vienna today: Russia does not send an ultimatum to the West, but it offers to deal professionally with problems and find compromise solutions, explaining that his country has expressed its concerns in the field of security, especially with regard to the overthrow of its interests National.

Lukashevich pointed out that Russia did not receive an appropriate response from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to its proposals in the field of security, as everything revolves around their concerns only.
Lukashevich had announced during the organization's meeting that Russia's proposals on security guarantees were an attempt to agree on the lines that should not be crossed.
