NRW Prime Minister Wüst: Be careful with corona demonstrations

North Rhine-Westphalia's Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) has called on people not to allow themselves to be harnessed by conspiracy theorists, enemies of the constitution and racists during demonstrations against the corona measures.
In North Rhine-Westphalia there have been around 700 such meetings with around 100,000 participants in the past four weeks, Wüst told journalists in Düsseldorf on Thursday.
Düsseldorf - The phenomenon of so-called walks can be observed in town and country. "You can literally feel the tension in the country." It was already clear at the beginning of the pandemic that Corona would lead to social upheaval, said Wüst. That has become "real" in the past few days.
