Riots in the Negev have resumed:
Dozens of Bedouin protesters are now (Thursday) blocking Road 31 in the Negev, with some uprooting seedlings that the JNF has planted in recent days.
The commotion was suspected after the Minister of Construction and Housing, Zeev Elkin, told the GLC this morning: "Planting in the Negev will continue at the usual dose, before the JNF work plan. At professional discretion. "
