Faced with a wave of COVID-19 infections in Mexico, state authorities begin to request a negative test for the virus or proof of vaccination to be able to enter entertainment venues such as bars, discos, sporting events and entertainment.

Jalisco and Tlaxcala are the first states in the country to impose this measure.
