Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov announced that Russia is not sure whether its partners in the United States and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) will make concessions on the proposed mutual security guarantees.
During an interview with RTVI TV channel today, Ryabkov said, "I repeat that the dialogue on this issue is still ongoing and on several levels."
In response to a question about whether Moscow hopes to obtain concessions from the United States and NATO regarding security guarantees, Ryabkov replied, “The hope exists and it is possible, and we will continue to insist on achieving the right path and development.”
