The tragedy in the Jordan Valley:
Major Ofek Aharon and Major Itamar are two IDF officers who were killed last night (Wednesday to Thursday) in a double-sided firing of our forces near the IDF base in the Jordan Valley.

Just last week, only two Air Force pilots, Lt. Col. Erez Shachinei and Major Chen Fogel, were killed in a bat helicopter crash off the coast of Haifa.
In the incident, Captain Ron Birman, a Navy patrol officer who was in a helicopter with them and managed to get out of it after the helicopter hit the water, was injured.
