Summary.
He was called Karim by his friends and colleagues from the municipal services of Lilas (Seine-Saint-Denis).
This 48-year-old man died of Covid-19 on December 20.
He was not vaccinated, he wondered and was afraid of the potential side effects.
A few days before his disappearance, Karim had agreed to respond to journalists from Agence France Presse, who had come to report in the intensive care unit of Montreuil hospital.
Facing the camera, weakened and breathless, he encouraged the French to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
Images which were then hijacked by Internet users who accuse Karim of being a bogus patient to promote vaccines.
This episode of Source Code is told by Gwenaël Bourdon, journalist at the Île-de-France portraits unit, and Camille Christophel, deputy head of the Parisian video service.
