The 51-year-old patient at the above site works for China Overseas Property Services Co., Ltd. and is a security guard at Penny's Bay Quarantine Center. She is a colleague of the female security guard (#13004) who was diagnosed earlier.
The two patients had eaten together and are believed to have become infected.
The female security guard's daily work is mainly to deliver supplies to quarantine people. During the process, she wears suitable protective clothing, and the staff will also share the changing room to change clothes.
