This decision of the Council of State is being imposed at lightning speed. On Wednesday, twenty-four hours after its publication, the court of Versailles indeed broke the prefectural decree which imposed the mask outside. Thursday, it was the turn of the Parisian jurisdiction to outlaw the text of the Paris police headquarters under the signature of the prefect Didier Lallement. Other decisions should follow since around forty decrees have been taken in France, since the oral instruction of the Prime Minister, Jean Castex, on December 30. During a press conference, the latter encouraged the prefects to issue orders establishing the obligation of the mask outside.
