The manifestations of Scheherazade were the focus of a symposium held by the Arab Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh to talk about the style, the narrative technique in it, the goal and the message that the writer wanted to convey through those manifestations.
At the beginning of the symposium, which was moderated by the media, Ilham Sultan, a documentary film on the biography of the storyteller Ibrahim was shown, indicating that he was born in 1966 and obtained a degree in journalism from Damascus University in 1988. The critic Omar Jumaa explained in his axis that he read in the group a dense, transparent, bright, pliant language free from detachment, as he builds his stories on the example of different characters at one time and similar in another, especially when the writer himself narrates them, pointing to the focus on language and its proper use, based on Ibrahim’s belief in its ability to describe And convey feelings and sensations, whether simple or complex, without overpowering other technologies.
The journalist Salwa Abbas saw that the collection contains two manifestations that include between them a group of stories that draw their spirit from the narration of Scheherazade in One Thousand and One Nights, pointing out that the writer expressed concerns and ideas that he or other personalities lived through.
The novelist and storyteller Ayman Al-Hassan shows in an axis entitled (The Presence of the Story in Amusing and Knowing the manifestations of Scheherazade as a model) that the female is more capable than the man of narration through the interaction of her imagination and her affection, so Scheherazade was the narrator of the Thousand and One Nights.
