Greens are considering making FFP2 masks compulsory for older students

In view of the sharp increase in corona numbers in the southwest, Greens parliamentary group leader Andreas Schwarz has brought up an FFP2 mask requirement for older schoolchildren.
"FFP2 masks offer a much higher level of protection," said Schwarz on Friday in Stuttgart.
That is why these masks have also been mandatory in indoor spaces such as shops and museums since Wednesday.
Stuttgart – He can well imagine that vocational school students should wear FFP2 masks in the future.
When asked whether young people in secondary schools should also wear such a mask, he initially did not want to commit himself.
That still needs to be discussed.
In elementary schools, however, it should remain a simple mask, explained Schwarz.
