(ANSA) - REGGIO CALABRIA, 14 JAN - The civil court of Reggio Calabria accepted the appeal filed by Fabio Messina, the Palermo commercial agent who had been prevented from ferries because he was not vaccinated at the landing stages of the private companies of Villa San Giovanni therefore without a Green pass.
Messina had been blocked since last Monday and had slept in a sleeping bag before being hosted, for the last two nights, by a family from Villa San Giovanni.
The judge Elena Luppino took the favorable decision for the commercial agent, who was assisted by the lawyers Grazia Cutino and Maura Galletta.
