A boat caught fire in Kwun Tong.
At about 0:30 this morning (15th), a yacht caught fire on the sea surface of the Kwun Tong Typhoon Shelter, about 50 meters away from the Kwun Tong Waterfront Garden. Black smoke swept into the air.
Since there were many boats moored nearby, many people hurriedly called the police, and some people dragged their throats and shot water to help put out the fire.
Firefighters arrived after receiving the report, used a throat to put out the fire, and finally put out the fire at about 2 am. The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
Fortunately, there were no casualties in the fire. There was a man on board at the time of the incident and he was safe. The police contacted the owner of the boat, who was not on board at the time.
