In an interview Wednesday with local media, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev criticized Valérie Pécresse and Michel Barnier for having gone "
secretly
" on this occasion to the separatist region of Nagorny-Karabakh, at the center of a conflict between the Armenia and Azerbaijan which killed more than 6,500 people.
