Prépas: the secrets of the success of Lazarists in Lyon

The view of Lyon is striking.

Located under the Fourvière basilica and overlooking the historic district of Old Lyon, the Aux Lazaristes high school, which again this year is one of the best scientific preparatory courses in France, offers a most pleasant working environment.

Since 1989, the preparatory classes of the Lyon high school have made scientific subjects their specialty.

This year again, the establishment, under private status, is at the top of the ranking, in fourth place, and even at the top of the preparatory classes outside Île-de-France.

Out of 45 candidates in MP (mathematics-physics), 25 were integrated into the best engineering schools in 2021, i.e. a rate of 55.6%.

This rate rises to 62.8% in the PC section (physics-chemistry) and 63.8% in PSI (physics and engineering science).
