The Legislative Council Secretariat sent an email in the afternoon to inform the Panel of the seat allocation results. Among the 90 members, 84 members used the designated quota to join the committee, and only 6 members joined the committee as individual members, namely Tian Beichen, Zhu Guoqiang and Di Zhi. Qiang, Lin Zhexuan, Lin Shunchao and Lin Xinqiang.


In the final election committee, Lu Chung-hung and architecture, surveying, urban planning and landscape gardening, Tse Wai-chuan, will join a maximum of 6 committees;

Among the 90 members, 84 members are divided into 6 groups, of which the "G19", the Federation of Trade Unions, the AFL and the other 3 leading members will form a list of 32 members, who can secure 7 seats in each panel.

Among them, Tse Wai-chuen used 5 quotas to join the Committee on Development, Transport, Housing, Food Safety and Environmental Hygiene, and Environmental Affairs, and he also joined the Committee on Civil Service and Staff of Subsidized Organizations as an individual.

Lu Chung-hsiung joined the Transport, Economic Development, Home Affairs, Manpower, Information Technology and Broadcasting, and Welfare Committees with six quotas.

In addition to "G19", the Democratic Alliance for Betterment of Hong Kong has a 19-member list composed of Chen Hakin as the coordinator; followed by member of the Election Committee, Sun Dong, to form a 14-member list, among which regional directly elected members Liang Wenguang, Zhang Xinyu, and Yang Yongjie also joined, among which Su Changrong Join the Home Affairs and Civil Service and Subvented Organisation Staff Committees with only 2 quotas.

Di Zhiyuan joins the Committee on Constitutional and Welfare Affairs

The Economic Pakatan Harapan has Lu Weiguo as the coordinator to form a list of 9 people; in addition to the Liberal Party's 4 members, the election committee Jie Guan Haoming also joined the list; and the New People's Party has Ye Liu Shuyi as the coordinator to form a 5-member list.

As for the remaining 6 members, they did not form their own list and applied to join the committee in their personal capacity. Among them, Tian Beichen signed up to join the 6 committees of development, transportation, housing, home affairs, health and welfare, but ultimately failed to join the home affairs committee.

Lam Hsin-keung signed up to join the 6 committees of the Constitution, Security, Housing, Judiciary and Law, Finance, and Welfare. In the end, he could only join 4. The Housing and Welfare Committee was unable to allocate seats.

As for the non-establishment faction Di Zhiyuan, he successfully joined the Political, Education and Welfare Affairs Committee.
