According to an email sent by the Legislative Council Secretariat to Members, "G19" joined other Members in a team to join the Panel, and the list increased to 32, including single-headed Members Ho Kwan-yiu, Chan Hoi-yan and Lung Hon-biao, as well as 10 FTU and AFL Members .
However, it is reported that the above-mentioned single-headed members, FTU and AFL members and the "G19" formed a list purely for the purpose of joining the Panel.
