Vaccination opponents fail with an application against a ban on demonstrations

The organizers of the anti-vaccination demonstrations in Hamburg have failed with their urgent application against the ban on a meeting this Saturday.
The Hamburg Administrative Court rejected the application, a court spokesman said on Friday.
The court therefore shared the assessment of the police, who had banned the demonstration for reasons of infection control.
Hamburg - There are "sufficient concrete and reliable indications that - as in previous meetings registered by the applicant - even if this meeting were held, a large number of participants would not comply with the mask requirement and minimum distances," the court said.
The person who registered the demonstration now has to go to the Higher Administrative Court.
