Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatiana Golikova revealed today that 23,820 new cases of coronavirus were recorded during the past 24 hours, up from 21,155 the day before.
In a press statement, Golikova said, "In the past two days, the daily number of Corona injuries exceeded the 20,000 mark, and today there are 23,820 new infections."
The Russian authorities expect a record increase in Corona injuries in the country in the coming weeks due to the spread of the Omicron mutant.
