The professor of the lower middle school of Modena was suspended who in recent days had refused to wear the Ffp2 mask in the classroom - as expected after an ascertained case of coronavirus positivity in the class - and who among other things was not in possession of super Green pass because not vaccinated against Covid-19. The local press reports.
The repeated refusal of the teacher to wear the more protective mask than the surgical one had triggered the protest of the pupils, who had abandoned the desks and classroom.
The teacher then called the police but the local police, once on site, ascertained that the teacher was without a green certificate (mandatory for the category) and fined her.
Now, as reported by the local press, the teacher is suspended from school and therefore will not return to class.
The spotlight went on yesterday on the case.
The regional school office is also evaluating measures.
While the national secretary of the Italian Left Nicola Fratoianni announced a parliamentary question to the Minister of Education.
