People who worked at the president's house during Reuven Rivlin's tenure testify to difficult working relations and humiliation on the part of the former president - this was reported tonight (Saturday) in News 12 in an investigative article by Yossi Mizrahi.

According to the investigation, Rivlin used to shout at his employees and even throw objects such as newspapers and TV signs at them.

According to the testimonies, the clashes with the staff of the Presidential House sometimes reached violent-physical lines.

"Girls in the bureau would cry from him," said one of the workers.

"He would go down on them and humiliate them."

According to the investigation, Rivlin believed that there was hidden unemployment in the president's house, and that he even told the workers that "about 40% of the workers in the Mishkan should be fired."

In his response to the interrogation, Rivlin did not deny the acts described, and even asked to apologize to his former employees.

"The allegations made anonymously imply that I did not meet the expectations of a senior official," the former president said.

"The staff of the President's House were our partners in the place of residence. Even in moments of stress, in days of illness and in moments of sadness and mourning we felt enveloped in devotion and understanding. I believe there is no active person who does not harm others. I apologize to everyone I hurt."
