A massive fire broke out in a chemical plant in the US state of New Jersey, sending huge columns of black smoke into the air and warning residents to close their windows and stay indoors.
CNN reported that the fire broke out in a chlorine plant in Passaic, New Jersey, and police closed the streets of the area in anticipation of a possible explosion in the building, while the rear structure of the factory partially collapsed.
The American police have not yet announced the cause of the fire, while firefighting teams managed to control the flames.
