.: After a robbery in an apartment in Munich-Milbertshofen, the perpetrators are still on the run. A 17-year-old was shot by previously unknown persons on Thursday evening (see first report below). The victim was operated on in a hospital for several hours, but his life is not in danger, the police said.

According to the police, the young person was visiting the apartment of a 65-year-old.

The police did not want to give any information about the relationship between the two.

At around 6:35 p.m. the doorbell rang and as they were expecting visitors, the 17-year-old opened the door.

Then several perpetrators broke into the apartment, a shot was fired – it hit the teenager in the stomach.

Initially there was talk of four to five perpetrators, but Stefan Beer from the investigating murder commission could not confirm this number.

The perpetrators then fled.

The 65-year-old alerted the ambulance and the police, but so far there is no trace of the criminals.

"We are currently assuming that there is a perpetrator-victim relationship," says Stefan Beer.

The population should not be concerned that people would indiscriminately enter apartments and attack residents.

The police are asking for information: Anyone who has seen anything in the Wilhelm-Hertz-Strasse, Vogelhardstrasse, Korbiniansplatz, Korbinianstrasse and Milbertshofener Strasse areas should call 089/291 00.
