Today, Iran again called for an end to the war in Yemen and the lifting of the unjust siege imposed on its people.
During his meeting today in Tehran with Norway's Special Envoy for Yemen Charste Tromsdale, Senior Adviser to the Iranian Foreign Minister for Special Political Affairs Ali Asghar Khaji referred to the tragic situation of the Yemeni people and the difficult conditions resulting from the war and the unjust economic blockade, calling for more intervention by the United Nations and the international community to stop the war and lift the illegal siege humanitarian for the Yemeni people.
During the meeting, the two sides also discussed areas of joint cooperation between Iran and Norway regarding the crisis in Yemen.
