Marseille: two men suspected of having kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old girl

Two individuals respectively aged 26 and 64 - Boby R. and Thameur A. - are suspected of having kidnapped and raped a 14-year-old girl in Marseille on the night of Thursday January 13 to Friday January 14, learned

from consistent sources.

Arrested and then placed in police custody, the two defendants are already known to the police, we are told.

Friday, January 14, shortly before 6 a.m., the parents of a runaway 14-year-old girl called the police.

Panicked, their daughter has just contacted them on the social network Instagram: she explains to them that she is kidnapped and victim of rape in Marseille.

The police quickly manage to locate the young girl's mobile phone in the 15th arrondissement of Marseille, in a street in the northern districts, but the position is unfortunately imprecise.

A few minutes later, police officers finally manage to get in touch with the minor on Instagram and then Snapchat.

The victim cannot speak aloud, for fear of being overheard by his captors, but fortunately still has his mobile phone.

The saving reflex of the police

The investigators asked him to activate his location on the two social networks, thus making it possible to direct the searches to a particular building. A crew from the anti-crime brigade (BAC) and a judicial police officer then rush on the spot and bang on all the doors, hoping that the victim will come forward. Which she will do, via a message on Snapchat. Two individuals were arrested. The young girl is discovered, terrified and under the effect of psychotropic drugs.

When heard, the runaway minor – who occasionally prostituted herself – said that she met a 26-year-old man on Thursday evening January 13, with whom she had sympathized.

He then offered to put her up and she followed her to a place where another 64-year-old man was.

The victim said the two men made her smoke cannabis and then took turns raping her.

Medical examinations confirmed the existence of anal lesions on the victim.

The latter also says that she was forced to perform oral sex.

The investigation entrusted to the departmental security of Bouches-du-Rhône continues.
