The Kremlin did not get what it demanded.
Not surprising, given the mind-blowing and illegitimate nature of the Russian demands.
The question now is what will happen next.
For my part, I think that the only way for Russia to prove that it does not intend to use force against Ukraine again is to continue the discussion in the various formats that already exist.
