The 40-year-old Filipino female person in charge is suspected of "unlicensed alcohol sales", "unlicensed possession of alcoholic beverages for sale", "violation of conditions of stay" and violation of "Prevention and Control of Diseases (Requirements and Instructions) (Business and Premises) Regulations (Cap. 599F).


In addition, 11 males and 15 females (aged 23 to 63) were involved in "drinking alcohol in premises without a liquor licence" and contravening the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (No. 599G) Zhang) was arrested. Except for 2 men who were locals, the rest were all non-Chinese from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Sri Lanka. All of them are being detained.

During the operation, 27 people were arrested.
