The head of the Russian delegation to the ongoing talks in Vienna on issues of military security and arms control Konstantin Gavrilov announced that Facebook today blocked the delegation's page.
Gavrilov told the Russian news agency TASS that the company justified its decision by publishing prohibited content on the page, and that the delegation had used it only to republish the statements of the Russian leadership and the Foreign Ministry.
Gavrilov indicated that the delegation is about to go to the leadership of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to inform it of this problem, and the account of the Russian delegation to the Vienna talks was blocked by the Twitter microblogging network in February 2021.
