The President of the Supreme Court, Justice Esther Hayut, today (Sunday) rejected the request of a retired superintendent. Forbidden relationship that exists with police officers subordinate to him and handling of their personal requests.

These conditions, according to President Hayut, do not exist in this case.
Since the request for a further hearing was rejected, Shaham is expected to appear to serve the sentence imposed on him.
Judge Elron ordered the transfer of the case to Motav Telta and wrote that only one issue should be discussed - whether Shaham should be convicted of fraud and breach of trust of a public employee following a consistent and consistent pattern of conduct, even if each act does not in itself constitute a criminal offense.
