2021 has been an excellent year and they hope that variable remuneration will be up to par.
In the United States, at the end of December, several major Wall Street banks, such as Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan or Bank of America hinted that their bonuses would be colossal, up 40 to 50% compared to 2021!
