promise poster. At the Nantes exhibition center, this Sunday, Jean-Luc Mélenchon once again shot down the card of technological innovation. The candidate of La France insoumise (LFI), who is stagnating below the 10% mark in voting intentions, wants to widen his small lead within a fragmented left. By rediscovering, finally, the dynamics of his 2017 presidential campaign, boosted with the hologram. This time, this first major campaign meeting, “olfactory and immersive”, is held in front of 3,000 sympathizers seated and wearing FFP2 masks. In a sort of vast dark cube, the four walls of the room are entirely lined with video screens. The "show" begins with texts heard (Annie Ernaux, Pasolini, Jean Jaurès, Édouard Glissant) or declaimed in a contemporary theater style.
On the central stage then climbs Jean-Luc Mélenchon, navy jacket, jeans and red tie, accompanied at 360 degrees by a drawn fresco...
