Palestinian prisoner Muhammad Al-Ardah, one of the heroes of the Freedom Tunnel, continues his open hunger strike to protest the crimes of the Israeli occupation against him.
Palestinian media quoted the Muhaja Al-Quds Foundation for Detainees, Martyrs and Wounded as saying that the Adra captive began a hunger and water strike last Thursday in protest against his solitary confinement and denial of visitation.
And the 39-year-old prisoner, Al-Ardah, who has been detained since 2002, is one of the six prisoners who managed to wrest their freedom on the sixth of last September through a tunnel they dug in Gilboa prison before the occupation re-arrested them after a chase that lasted for days.
