According to a report in the Sunday Times in a special letter sent to the UK Home Office, the duke's representatives said he would bring his son Archie and his house Lilibat to visit in the coming months, but "unable to return home" because he thinks it is too dangerous to do so, among other things. She was told that "although his duties in the royal house have changed, his public status as a royal has not changed, and so have the threats against him and his family."

The letter mentioned that he was the sixth person in the succession to the British crown, that he was a graduate of the fighting in Afghanistan, and also the threats from neo-Nazi elements on his family.

"Britain will always be the home of Prince Harry and the country he wants his wife and children to feel safe in," his representatives said in the special request.

"There is a great risk in the absence of police protection," it read.

"Without this protection, Prince Harry and his family cannot return home," the reference ended.

The Ministry of Homeland Security will now have to examine whether his request can be granted.
