A 40-year-old man was found unconscious this morning (Sunday) at the beach in Rishon Lezion after apparently drowning.
MDA medics and paramedics who were called to the scene reported that the man was without signs of life and had to determine his death.
MDA paramedic Matan Dushi, who arrived at the scene of the incident to provide medical treatment to the injured, said: "When we arrived, we saw a 40-year-old man lying in the water and unconscious.
We changed him, we performed medical tests when he was without signs of life and within a short time we had to determine his death.
A passer-by who was in a sports activity said that he noticed him and called for help. "
