Florian Silbereisen has also announced Helene Fischer for his new ARD show.

The Schlager star caused a scandal among the fans.

Munich – The Schlager world is currently experiencing one low blow after the other.

A number of stars had to cancel their concerts due to the ongoing corona pandemic.

And ARD and Florian Silbereisen were not spared either: the TV classic “Schlagerchampions”, which traditionally opens the Schlager TV year, had to be cancelled.

But: Silbereisen and the ARD provide a replacement.

Florian Silbereisen also spoke in advance about the new show with an announcement and thus caused a scandal among Schlager fans.

"We're starting a hit year full of surprises," announced the show master via Instagram and further promised: "We'll show you the most emotional, tearful, exciting, amazing, romantic and fun highlights."

Then the bang: In addition to Andreas Gabalier, Andrea Berg, Maite Kelly, Roland Kaiser and the Kelly Family, Silbereisen also announced Helene Fischer for the show.

That's surprising, after all, according to consistent media reports, the hit queen has just become a mother.

Even the baby's name leaked out.

So will Helene Fischer appear again on a TV show so soon after giving birth?

Certainly some fans have asked themselves that.

But the Schlager fans also thought that was unlikely and had a completely different assumption.

"Again only clips from the can, but the main thing is to include Helene for the quota," commented a fan on the Silbereisen post on Instagram.

"So nothing new, just excerpts from old performances.

Too bad,” agreed another.

Another Schlager fan said: "Hope without Helene.

She should rather prove herself as a mother first and not do anything else - that's not right".

However, the ARD replacement show caused many fans to look forward to it.

Finally, despite the cancellation of the "Schlagerchampions", Silbereisen once again delivered TV entertainment on Saturday evening - even if, and the fans were right - many excerpts from the past were presented.

Also the one with Helene Fischer.
