After its general renovation, the Tölzer Hütte on the Schafreuter is the pride of the Tölz section of the German Alpine Club (DAV).
What the owners are still missing for their happiness are new tenants.
Lenggries
- The freshly refurbished Tölzer Hütte am Schafreuter is in great shape after its extensive general refurbishment - but unfortunately without a tenant.
Because the landlords Sylvia and Alexander Schrepf had already retired last autumn after just one season on the mountain.
A number of applicants would like to become hosts at the Tölzer Hütte am Schafreuter
But now the signs are good that worthy successors will soon start working in the hut, which was built in 1922 and is located in Tyrol.
By mid-December, 10 to 20 applicants had responded to an advertisement, explains DAV hut warden Max Nichtl on request.
"We are currently in the final selection." The Tölzer Hütte is expected to start the season with new tenants in mid-May.
