As it stands, what does the passed law say?
For French people whose vaccination schedule is complete, already holders of the health pass, nothing changes and their QR Code in the “Tous anti-Covid” application remains valid.
On the other hand, unless you have already been infected with Covid-19, a first injection is not sufficient to benefit from the vaccination pass.
