Having larger accommodation, having a garden, a balcony or a terrace... The French, who have desires elsewhere, want and even demand these outdoor spaces which have become essential.
But in addition to this unavoidable list, another criterion is installed: security (also a determining concern in the choice of future vote of the French).

Thus, among the expectations of French people wishing to move, security is the third most cited answer (50%) by people questioned by Harris Interactive for the Notaries of France, just behind the traditional "have an outdoor space" ( 55%) and “having a bigger home” (52%).
Better, it comes first when Ifop questions, for the National Federation of Real Estate (Fnaim), young people aged 18-30.
For 96% of them, this criterion is important in the choice of accommodation and even essential for 37%.
Far ahead of the private garden (29%).
