Two psychological cells were set up until Tuesday in the Parisian establishment (XXth) where the teenager was educated,

The mines are serious, this Monday morning, in front of the Henri-Matisse college (Paris XXth), four days after the suicide of Noëla, educated in 6th.

“Friday, I cried all day, confides a student also in 6th grade.

The teachers are very touched too.

I saw many in tears.

“Some still seem to have trouble understanding that they will not meet their comrade again.

"I can't believe it's not a joke," says a 4th grader.

Noela was cheerful.

She smiled all the time.

Frankly, it's incomprehensible.

»

After the tragedy, rumors began to spread claiming that Noëla had been the victim of school bullying.

But this track is far from being favored by the police officers of the XXth police station, to whom the investigation has been entrusted.

"She was bothered by some, some bothered her, but it didn't go very far", supports a parent of a student.

“We haven't seen too many cases of harassment here.

It's a rather quiet college, ”abounds a 3rd grade student.

A sometimes restless student

Parents and children tend to agree: the phenomenon is taken very seriously by the establishment.

“On harassment, the college has done a lot of things, attests the father of a 3rd grade teenager.

The children took part in workshops and very well-made films were shown.

They are aware of bullying.

»

Many parents say they are satisfied with the college.

“Fifteen years ago, the establishment had a bad reputation.

But today it is the opposite.

I am happy with the level and the educational projects, and overall, there are no problems”, assures one of them.

According to the rectorate, Noëla was being carefully monitored by the establishment, because of her behavioral difficulties.

“She was full of nonsense, testifies a pupil of 6th.

She answered to her teachers.

She slapped someone once.

She could do stuff like that when she felt bad, when she was stressed.

»

The child seemed restless at times, according to a parent.

“During a class council, the teachers said that it was difficult to manage.

“Her own parents recognize that she could have a guarantor.

“She had a very strong character.

When the teachers stuck to her, she didn't care, ”confirms a schoolboy.

Two psychological support cells have been set up for pupils and teachers.

The device will be extended until Tuesday.
