The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office today (Monday) filed an indictment in the city district court against BB, a 19-year-old Holon resident for aggravated murder, theft, etc. After murdering the late Yaakov Cohen, a resident of Tel Aviv, while abusing 61. The defendant arrived at the apartment and after browsing through websites dealing with dead bodies, took a sharp and large knife from the kitchen and stabbed the late Cohen in the neck and head with it. He managed to get to his feet and escape towards the apartment door, B. Why?

The defendant then checked Cohen's pulse and found that while he was still alive, he took a large sofa cushion and pressed it against the deceased's face in order to bring about his death.

At this point, the defendant took another, sharpened knife, which was in his bag, and inserted the two knives into the depth of the cavity of the deceased, leaving them there.

After committing the murder, the defendant acted calmly - took a shower, filmed several videos of the deceased's body and the scene of the murder, stole the deceased's credit card as well as documents.

The defendant fled the scene and immediately began to act to conceal the evidence.

In his request for arrest, Advocate Moore Cohen stated that: “It is worth emphasizing that the respondent did not hesitate to make a false accusation against the deceased, in an attempt to downplay the seriousness of his actions by claiming that the murder was committed after the deceased tried to rape him. In doing so, the respondent, in addition to the act of murder itself, also fatally damaged the dignity of the deceased. "The defendant was charged with aggravated murder, destruction of vision, obstruction of justice, theft and debit card fraud.
