Bad Heilbrunn - Unanimously in the municipal council: Bad Heilbrunn also promotes the construction of PV systems and electricity storage
The municipal councils had already discussed this support program in October.
Since some questions remained unanswered - such as capping the amount of funding - the committee decided at the time that the Energy Committee should deal with the issue first.
The committee unanimously recommended that the municipal council agree, reported Mayor Thomas Gründl (CSU).
Maximum 1050 euros
The support program was developed by the two CSU communities Josef Schröfl and Oliver Hanke. The amount of the subsidy depends on the performance of the respective photovoltaic system and the home storage system, explained Schröfl. A maximum of seven kilowatts peak is eligible for funding. Each kilowatt peak of the house storage and the photovoltaic system should be subsidized with 75 euros. Adds up to a maximum of 1050 euros. Hanke explained: "If someone builds a photovoltaic system with a peak output of ten kilowatts, a maximum of seven will be funded. He has to pay for three kilowatts peak himself.” Mayor Gründl added that the municipality will ask other municipalities which forms are required. The funding program will initially apply to 2022. Whether it will be extended must be discussed every year.
Higher trade tax
The municipality of Bad Heilbrunn is increasing
trade tax
and property
taxes
A and B.
This should flush around 70,000 euros in additional income into the till.
The assessment rate has remained unchanged at 300 percent since 1977, Mayor Thomas Gründl (CSU) reported at the municipal council meeting.
The municipality is below the national average.
Treasury employee Gaby Forster reported that the district office of Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen pointed out when approving the budget that the municipality had to exhaust its income potential before it was allowed to take out a loan.
You are on the safe side with an assessment rate of 320 percent: "Everyone knows how much money we will need in the future for the redesign of the town center," said Mayor Gründl.
"Without credit we will not get there." The municipal council voted unanimously for the increase.
Specker withdraws criticism
Konrad Specker (Free Voters) commented critically: "On the one hand we are raising trade tax - and on the other hand we are giving gifts." Gründl did not want to let this stand.
"The wording is wrong, I'm almost a bit annoyed." The community is forced to increase the trade tax rate from 300 to 320 percent if they want to continue receiving loans: "There is a clear requirement because we are under the state average.” Specker gave in: “Okay, I take back the statement.” The municipal council spoke unanimously in favor of the support program.
